Half off my teeth..

Is it grammatically correct and natural one? What do natives say when they find any word is hard to spell? Suppose, someone is reading an article and while reading it they found out that the words used in the article are quite tough to pronunce. Is there any expression to say this?
? Half of my teeth broke off reading this one.
