Hello, teachers! Would you please tell me if these are correct and have the same meaning? (Are there any idiomatic expressions?)
1-1. His sword was half long as mine. 1-2. His sword was half as long as mine. 1-3. His sword was half times as long as mine. 1-4. His sword was half times longer than mine.
2-1. His sleeping dress was half as long again as his body. 2-2. His sleeping dress was one and half times as long as his body. 2-3. His sleeping dress was one and half times longer than his body.
3-1. The nights were two and half times as long as the days. 3-2. The nights were two and half times longer than the days.

1-2 is correct. The others in Group 1 are not. 2-1 is correct. 2-2 would be correct with "and a half times". Same for 2-3. In Group 2, I would have used "night shirt", not "sleeping dress". Both sentences in Group 3 would be correct with a, as in Group 2.
Within each group all examples mean the same thing.
