Half day leaves for exams

I am writing an application for for half days from school .Will you please help me.kindly check my sentence structure.

It is stated that my masters exams is going to held on 27th november.I will appeard this exam.I need four half day with pay deduction.So, I kindly request you to sanction leave from 27th november,2017,4,5 and 8 december half days.
