Hadn't vs didin't

Hi all. I struggle with using past tenses, especially don't understand hadn't vs didin't.

E.g. He didin't call me vs He hadn't called me.

These two sentences are correct?

And I'll be thankful if someone could explain me Past Perfect

e.g.

I had got off from the bed and went straight to the bathroom.

Is it correct?
