from these option, which are right, and why?
a. had dream (v2+v1)
b. had dreamt (v2+v2)
c. did dream (v2 + v1)
d. did dreamt (v2+v2)

please let me now why those (which you pick) is right, and in what case (ex: past simple, past continuous, ...)
