HAD SHE BEEN and WAS SHE

Are these both natural

I know you can say
If she hadn't been late...
If she wasn't late...
but what about this? and especially the last one in bold?

Had she not been late, I would have been there.
Was she not late, I'd be there now.

This is out right wrong.
alc24Had she been on time, I would have been there
As revised, this is a correct conditional with inversion construction.
