there are some states like(but just as lethal) or pulled a (different groupie every night) which are unclear to me....

states? I think you mean statements, a totally different thing

lethal: very dangerous/deadly in his (sexual) attractiveness

Strictly speaking, I wouldn't have used "pulled" in this context.

To "pull" implies some effort, on the puller's part; but since a groupie volunteers her services, no effort is required.
