I am a secretary who loves to use past perfect tense in my meetings e.g. Had Met or Had been. Is this ok? I remember using it in a particular context "COK and Sodality had met. A memorandum of understanding had been drafted."
I have been using this type of reported speech for years. Is something wrong with my grammar?
