Had had the exam

Are my explanations correct?

-If we had had the exam last week, we would have been (here would be is not used) partying now.(=it would be possible that we have been doing so.)

The past perfect (have been) denotes completed action, which clashes with now. Say "... we would have been partying by now" (that is partying from some time between the exam and the present) or "... we would be partying now" (that is, continuing to party as you speak).

"The deposit slip is dispatched through courier" is correct or i should use "has " in place of is"
