Hello, pooja - and welcome to English Forums. I'd like to confirm your intention first: do you mean that the value of the shop itself (that is, if you wanted to sell the shop) has increased?

You can use the past perfect ('had gained') only if there is more to the sentence. You need another, more recent past event in addition to 'gain'.

Pooja, I think you are right. If it is in the present tense, then it can be "Our shop has a gain in value." I doubt whether it can also be: Our shop has gained in value.
