Had cut my hair very thick/thin/short

I just had my hair cut very short so I don't like to pose for photographs until it grows up.
His parents are too strict with their kids. They don't allow their sons to keep thick/long hair. They had cut very short their sons hair.
I don't like to keep long/thick/very much hair. I keep cutting it once in every 20 days to always keep it short.
I always had cut my hair very short/thin.

Please correct my sentences and suggest me better versions also.
