Had better

Is this sentence grammatical and natural? Are "had better" and "better" interchangeable?

? If there is no money for you in the foreseeable future, you better get a job.

Can I use all those Instead of "You'd better" what L has replied?

K: Keep it in mind.

L: You better had! / You better! / You'd jolly well better! / You had better do that!

If there is no money for you in the foreseeable future, you better get a job. you better is substandard English. Often, people say you'd better but say it so fast that non-English people don't hear the 'd sound.
