It is not actually incorrect. However, other phrasings would be more usual, such as "Should she ignore his advice?" or "Would she do better to ignore his advice?"

Thank you for you answer. By the way, is there any difference between "You had better go" and "You would better go"? For example, is one less polite than the other?

That doesn't sound right to me. I imagine you mean You would do it better than I would, which is the usual way of saying it.
