Had a comment

1. We got sharp criticisms from critics on our new book but I had a comment on our book to want to say.
2. I had a comment form a critic.

I'd like to know if I can use either #1 or #2, with having different usage for "have a comment."

Ah, I see. In #2, 'have' means 'possess' and in #3, 'have' means receive. But I think the 'have's actually mean the same; in #3 it is the instant after receiving, so it also means 'possess' in a way.
