Someone asked me what are you doing I want to tell him that this time I needed to be at the gym can I say like this?

I should be at the gym.

I supposed to be at the gym.

I needed to be at the gym.


I had been in the gym if I would have gone?( i know this answer suitable for when someone asks. are you at the gym?
