Guys please find out mistake in this

A few days ago I called mts customer care .so what was my conversation i write here .please correct my mistakes

ME- hello sir i am ayesha actually sir i had recharged my wi- fi at 3:00 pm but recharge has not yet come what to do sir?

CUSTOMER CARE- ok mam.surly i will help you.please tell your data card number.

ME- i have told him.

CUSTOMER CARE- sorry mam, yoy recharge has not been yet done.please try again.

Me- but sir,money has deducted in my account.

c.c-don't worry mam that money will be refunded your account automatically within 7 days.
