I have completed the requested work. The following task had been carried during my checks.

1. Remove unlicensed software
2. Install Mcafee Antivirus
3. Run antivirus on the PC and found 5 viruses and removed them

There are no viruses on the PC. The antivirus automatically update when PC switch on. In addition this there is virus guard installed (V sign) which monitor viruses. If it finds, it informs the user and asking to remove or clean.

The PC is now password protected. I have given the password to Ms Anjum.

This forest of crossings-out makes it look like your original had more serious problems than it actually did. I changed it around in order to make the numbered points follow on grammatically from the preceding sentence.

There are now no viruses on the PC. The antivirus software automatically updates when the PC ~~switch on~~ starts up. In addition, ~~this~~ there is virus guard installed (V sign), which monitors for viruses.

1. Checking Google for confirmation of how "V sign" should properly be spelled (caps, hyphen, etc.), I don't find any references to this virus guard product. Instead I see lots of references to a virus called "V-Sign". I suppose you're sure this is what it's called?

2. The difference in function between the "antivirus" software and the "virus guard" software does not come across very clearly. If the recipient is not bothered about technical details then I suppose this may not matter.

If it finds one, it informs the user and ~~asking~~ prompts to remove or clean.

The PC is now password-protected. I have given the password to Ms Anjum.
