Vocabulary

guns or gunz

I found or should say heard this word in a scientific video, and it relates to biceps. Then I made a Google hit and found that there are a lot of answers.
The first one:

" I believe robots were the first to coin the phrase, for years we were built with only guns for arms. Some things never change."

I think this makes sense and should be a right answer.
But.

"It's GUNZ, not GUNS! My arms aren't GUNZ, they are MISSLES. When I lift up my shirt sleeve in front of the ladies, it's over they wanna see more. They often ask me, "Are all your muscles that big?" The chicks dig my MISSLES!"

I figure this one refers to some sexual implications.

So I don't know which one is correct. Could you tell me the answer?

PS:
It appears in the 07:18.

Your question is unclear. The spelling is ' guns '; any other spelling (as above) is used merely to create character in a dialog. Similarly, ' missile ' is misspelt, in part for character, in part to create the pun between muscle–missile–gun, and in part because the misspelling more closely resembles 'muscle'.

  • A muscle, specifically the biceps muscle, is referred to in slang as a 'gun'.
  • The reason to me is vague; perhaps because it is symbolic of male physical power.
