Guilty, your honour

Hi

Guy A says: I think that the guy B came up with this name.

Guy B says: I don't know who came up with it.

Guy C says: Guilty, your honour.

---- What does the last guy mean. I know that you use this phrase in court. When the jury, probably, says that the defendant is guilty. Maybe guy C refers to guy A who said that the guy B came up with the name of the band, and then the other said that it's not true?

Guy C is saying that he is guilty. Guilty of coming up with the name for whatever. ie: He named it.
