guilt pleasure

"Anime as means to express 'uninteresting', adult-like things like shogi playing, rakugo theatre and dictionary editorial production in such an interesting way... makes me feel actually nice to be an adult and have a guilt pleasure like anime watching"

It's one of reviews I read. What is 'guilt pleasure?' Additionaly, 'guilt pleasure' is 'guilty pleasure?' ? Both are of the same?
