Guess where i'm from!

Question

I know, there's a lot of similar topics... I'm just curious what do i sound like (i'll tell you after i get a few guesses)

This is what i was reading:

Well, here's a story for you: Sarah Perry was a veterinary nurse who had been working daily at an old zoo in a deserted district of the territory, so she was very happy to start a new job at a superb private practice in North Square near the Duke Street Tower. That area was much nearer for her and more to her liking. Even so, on her first morning, she felt stressed. She ate a bowl of porridge, checked herself in the mirror and washed her face in a hurry. Then she put on a plain yellow dress and a fleece jacket, picked up her kit and headed for work.

When she got there, there was a woman with a goose waiting for her. The woman gave Sarah an official letter from the vet. The letter implied that the animal could be suffering from a rare form of foot and mouth disease, which was surprising, because normally you would only expect to see it in a dog or a goat. Sarah was sentimental, so this made her feel sorry for the beautiful bird.

Well, you're definitely from an Asian nation but I can't really say which one. Is your teacher American or Canadian or have you spent a lot of time in either country? You have a North American accent.

No, my teachers (i think i had 2-3 english teachers) are from my country (finished faculty of philology - major in English), and they were more into british english and we also used books from UK. But i guess i got my american accent because i started with english very early (when i was 5-6), watching TV (sponge bob, the simpsons, Ren & Stimpy...) and many years after that (right now i'm in my mid 20's): internet, movies, tv shows, youtube, etc.

I've to say, all my teachers were good with english, but not really good in teaching... I guess maybe 1% of all my knowledge is from them...

And i've never lived outside, also i didn't travel too much or spent over 20 days in some english speaking country (as a matter of fact, i've never been in some english speaking country)

I'll tell where i'm from after one more guess!

btw. That text i've found on google, and that recording was my first time reading it...

I guess that's it... Well, i'm from Serbia (Ex-Yugoslavia)...

I knew it, a lot of people first look at username, so that's why i choose one of my fav japanese characters Domo

I've heard a lot of asians trying to speak english and i think i don't sound like them at all...

I was afraid that there's a little of "russian english", all slavic languages are really close and i thought that i'm gonna sound like some russian guy speaking english...
