1)This is the first time that I came across the sentence pattern leave O doing. Could you tell me what that means?

2)My dictionary says the verb guess is combined with at meaning "to try and give an answer or make a judgement about ~ without being sure of all the facts", but there's no information the phrasal verb guess over. What does that mean?

It's nearly literal. To leave someone doing something is to go away from them, to abandon them. In this case, it's to abandon them to their own guesses. To leave someone guessing suggests not helping them to understand. Those left doing (something) generally become befuddled and helpless. Here's one of my favorites:

When my sister drives, she cuts recklessly through traffic. She leaves other drivers talking to themselves!

(She drives off. She's not listening to their curses. They may as well be talking to themselves.)

No real difference. The writer may be trying to say that Music Bank is not merely televising a concert performance, but that the performance itself will be in the Music Bank studios. He may also be trying to suggest that Music Bank is sponsoring the event.
