Hi, and welcome to EnglishForward.
I would say #1 is the most common one and the only correct one in most contexts... but I can imagine someone saying #2 in some particular contexts where the pronoun "it" would be stressed with the voice.
Is it just me?

In the game of hide-and-seek, however, we might hear "guess which one is "it", meaning the one whose turn it is to go look for the other players who have hidden themselves. But that's a different sit

Both are OK, but #2 is the common version.
