1. Siemen's products sell like hot cakes better than Samsung's. Besides/Furthermore, Siemen has better guarantee mode as well.

Is this sentence grammatical and ok to say?

Nope. Siemen's products sell like hot cakes / sell better than Samsung's . ( You can't use both phrases; you'll have to choose one.
