00 Last week I ate in your restaurant. It should be a beautiful evening with a good diner in a good restaurant. But it was a highly unpleasant experience. 02 br

00 At first I order my food, but I didn’t get it. The waitress forgot my order. That’s why I got my food after an hour. 02 br

00 The second point was the food. I had order the “Big German Wiener Schnitzel” but what I got was a big plate with a small “Schnitzel”. Also it wasn’t deicious, it was too burned and disgusting. 02 br

00 The last point was that I told the waitress this problems, but she wanted that I paid the full price for my food. I refused to pay and she begun to scream in a loud voice that I had to pay. I thought she should lose her job for this. 02 br

00 So would you please refund me my money back as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you by the end of this month, I will be forced to bring the matter of attention of my lawyer. 02 br
