You recently ordered something online. When this delivery came it was not complete. Write a letter to the Company. In your letter:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the services of your company. I ordered three books over the last weekend; however, I only received two of them.
The three books which I bought through your website were of ACCA, published by Kaplan Limited. However, when I received my order, I realized that the Corporate Finance book was missing although I made a full payment of three books.
When I called your call center, one of your representatives informed that that book was in short supply, and they would refund my money. I have an exam next month and this book is crucial for me. If I do not get this book, I may fail the exam as I will not be able to practice the sample questions.
I do not want my refund and request you to send another book which is written by Mr. Powell Chris on Corporate Finance. Since it is more expensive than that of Kaplan's one, I will pay the remaining amount to your delivery person.
