Could you please teach me if these following sentences are natural.
I would like to express that, for example, two persons in one group do not need two copies of the coupon to receive a discount.

1) Group purchase may be covered by one copy of this coupon.
2) Group purchase may be covered by a copy of this coupon.

The first sentence is good. You could say "with" instead of "by," though "by" isn't wrong; I just prefer "with."
