She have a  gross sense of humor.Dose gross means  bad or does it mean good.  [does sense of humor mean she normally speak which happen to be of great humor or she  understands the joke very fast as compared to others?]

To me, it means her taste in humor is gross (bad), or she has a taste for gross humor.
She thinks obscene jokes are funny. Perhaps she likes to tell obscene jokes.

I've always thought of this use of "gross" as casual, or slang.
We hear legal terms like "gross indecency" and "gross negligence," which are bad things.
But I always thought "gross" was a measure of the degree of negligence/indecency. I may be wrong.

To say "One has a sense of humor" means "One has a good/keen sense of humor," which means they find the humor in situations, even when the joke is on themselves.

Some people love to tell jokes and play pranks on other people, but get angry when the tables are turned. Sometimes such people are accused of "having no sense of humor," or less often, "a bad sense of humor."
