Greetings or Greeting

In my company we use,

"Greetings from Thailand" as an open line.

However, I would like to know whether we can use "Greeting" without "s" ?

Thank you for your answer

Dear Wat, 'Greetings' is only used in plural in the sense of greeting someone, and the word is now seen as obsolete. In other words, ' greetings ' is an old-fashioned greeting , and cannot be substituted with singular. Respectfully, Gleb Chebrikoff
