Greet greetings

I want to know what native English speakers from different countries usually say for how are you.
For example, you may hear "What's up" in the U.S.A a lot and Goodday mate in Australia..
Is it correct?
What else do they say often in the U.S.A and Australia and other countries including the U.K, canada and New Zealand etc.
