Green bean and red onion salad

0 Hi! 02br
00In this recipe, I'm not sure whether green bean is in pods or without. Because, in my country, we eat it boiled with pods. 02br
00To make this salad, first you have to take green beans, steamed and chilled and combine it with cucumber. Then you make a dressing of onion, garlic, vinegar, etc. which you sprinkle over beans and cucumber. 02br
00Does it ring a bell? 0-

0 Hi Antonia, 02br
00No, kidney beans are not in the pods, I mean they are removed from the pods for canning or salads,... And its colour is of the kidney, very dark red in English, I guess. 02br

0Kidney beans are red. They are available dried or tinned, and MUST be soaked overnight and well cooked before eating, as they are poisonous if not properly prepared. Personally, I always use tinned, because I can be lazy like that! 050010id17
