I meant that

She has long/lengthy hand from which he can get any things away from her easily. Her hand can extend upto 5 feet away from her.

Are you trying to say "her arm is five feet long"? This seems very unlikely! (Unless perhaps you are talking about a giant female robot?) And why would it be easy to get things away from someone with such a long arm? We are confused! [:^)]

However, you might try re-writing the sentence using a sensible arm length. If you are five feet and six inches tall, then your arm [from fingertip to centre of the chest] cannot be longer than three feet.
