Great speech generation doubt

Hi everyone.Greetings
While I try to speak should I try to rehearse it inside before I speak out or should I speak out whatever or however the thoughts come.Normally,I use to speak out by just manipulating some phrases in my mind before I speak. Is this correct.
Thank you.

Hi, don't be afraid of making mistakes, otherwise you'll always be thinking of what to say and how to say it, you'll be slow, you won't be fluent (and maybe you'll never really think in English, because you need to "process" thoughts very fast). It's ok to make mistakes, as long as you recognize most of them, and you don't make too many. Then you'll improve over time.

On the other hand, if you are certain that your sentence is relevant and you know what subjects will be discussed, I see no harm in rehearsing a sentence.
