Greasy person

Hi teachers.

I'd like to know if geasy is the most common and the best word to describe somebody who is

very https://www.macmillandictionary.com/dictionary/british/friendly_1 and https://www.macmillandictionary.com/dictionary/british/polite in a way that is https://www.macmillandictionary.com/dictionary/british/unpleasant and not sincere.

I didn't know greasy can be used as a personality adjective.

Thanks in advance~

No, at least in the USA. It's "oily" or, higher register, "unctuous". Neither word is in common use.
