We don't know if it's a graph or a chart. A graph shows it visually - a line, a bar, etc. A chart shows the numbers: 33, 55, etc. Both words are possible, but not at the same time.

I would say "over time" not "versus time."

Without more context, I have trouble interpreting 'percentage of users.'

For example, if I walk into a room and say '60% of users last year, 70% of users this year', that means nothing without more explanation.

If it's a graph, call it a graph. A graph looks like this.



'Shows' is a clearer and more direct word than 'depicts'.
Like Barbara, I prefer 'over time'.
