Are the two sentences below both correct and natural? --

(A) Granted that this theory is true, what follows?

Are the two sentences below both correct and natural? --

(A) Granted that this theory is true, what follows?

(B) Granting that this theory is true, what follows?

They are both correct. The more frequent and expected one is with 'granted'.
