Grams (of) protein / fat / carbohydrates...

Good morning.

Reading the label of some crisps, I found:

- How much protein is there?

- There are 2.4 grams of protein.

Could one say: 'There are 2.4 grams protein',

without 'of'?

Thank you

4 grams protein',without 'of'? No. You would leave out 'of' only if you had very little space on the package to print the whole thing.
