GRAMMER: USE OF BRACKETS

Dear Sir

Please provide clarification on the following sentence:-

I am willing to join as X with salary Rs Y PM and a suitable residential accommodation ( As suggested by you)

My Question is : whether the bracketed part of this sentence ie As suggested by you , refers to :-

(a) Both salary and accommodation or

(b) To accommodation only
