i want to ask one of my friends why didnt she meet with her other friend yet, am i supposed to ask "why didnt you meet up with her yet?" or "why didnt you meet her yet?" or "why you guys didnt meet yet?" please answer.

"Why didn't you meet up with her yet?" OK. A bit more casual.

"Why didn't you meet her yet?" OK

"why you guys didnt meet yet?" incorrect
