Hi Yurtik To me, the only option that is possible is B. Which of the other options did you think was possibly correct? The sentence is a bit odd.

The sentence is a bit odd. I would have used the present perfect rather than the simple present after the word "which" (i.e. "which has been called Istanbul"), and the word "concurred" also seems to be wrong in the sentence. "Captured" or maybe "

You also need to say 'the Ottomans' or 'the Ottoman Empire'.

I agree with Amy that it should be 'conquered'. I think the error comes about because 'concurred' sounds like 'conquered'.
