Grammer help please.
I found the following sentence in a sample of test questions on an Arab web site. It is one of those questions where you have to find the error in the sentence.
The box of bottles were loaded onto the truck and taken to the supermarket to be sold.
Is the error

I think it is C. and the correction would be were taken. Am I right?

"Box of bottles" is singular (one box) so takes a singular verb.
