Grammer Correction

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your email and I appreciate your reply , although I did instant complain at Luton Airport flight number ER9GCX9.
As I am with easyjet since 2000 and never experienced such a horrible staff in whole my life . The problem stat when I let to go through the final gate which I had been checked the passport and boarding pass by his colleagues but sadly the guy who I mentioned on my formal complain withdraw me from the flight and told me that I am having extra bag which I had small 13.3 inch laptop and I am talking it with me to all of my flight including my out band flight from Vienna to Luton but he hasn't convinced and told me to pay £45..but the time was running because the flight due to last preparation and the time was 6.20 and the gate was about to close and I dint carry cash but had a new credit card but never use it was A new pin and could have a chance to change it to my desirable number .i was so desperate to go on my flight and even begged him more thsn once in front of her colleague to let me go and told him why her colleagues has no problem to let me go. The incident left me with a deep heart burning and because I was going to Vienna to my daughter's birthday and I missed the birthday party.
I am demanding full investigation with an apology from him .
