Hello I'm trying to send my application in order to get tester position and I need to check if I got grammar mistakes in the following application:

Full name: Chen Maxigui
Forum name: Pier One
In-game name: Still unknown.
Age: 19.
Location(including your GMT): Israel GMT+2.
How long have you been playing SAMP?: Almost six years.
* Previous role playing experience: I played in LS-RP since 2009 and before that I role-played in a local server in Israel.
* Experience as a Staff Members: Yes, I managed a few Isreali communities, I was the community manager of Energy role-play and I was an admin in SAMP-IL.
* Any knowledge about scripting / mapping? if yes, explain: None at the moment but I'm an open minded person so I can learn if necessary.
* Are you able to communicate in the English language fluently? Yes.
* What benefits and qualities can you bring to this if accepted? I may provide a unique method to improve the role-play and their general knowledge about role-play and more by coaching and giving criticised advices that will help improve the role-play of the newcomers by referring them with a personal coaching about role-play and game mode related Issues.
Also, I'm playing SA:MP since the begging of 2008 and I'm role-playing since the end of 2008 I was a member in a lot of role-play communities.
* Tell us about yourself and the reason behind applying: Okay so it's simple as that, I was brought to this community two weeks ago, I saw this community growing up so fast, and I choose to dedicated my role-play career to this astonishing server, I'm yet amazed by the variety of unique scripts Kansas has to offer and he gonna take this community far for sure.
I've met the ordinary staff of this sever which has provided me with a kind service and helpful advices, I personally took their advices and helped and un-officially helped other community members, I personally think that it's time to do it officially.
The Tester role is considered has the beginning of a long term rule among the staff of ISRA-RP which will progress eventually depending on the activity and the help rate, and that's something I'm willing to entitle myself as a tester.

If you need to impress them with the fluency of your English, then you need to take the time to write a flawless application. On the other hand, if the people you are writing to are not native speakers, they might not notice.

Advice is non-count. It is not proper to make it plural.
open-minded is hyphenated.
Several of your sentences are too long. These are run-on sentences. That is a rather serious error. You have comma splices in many places.

I corrected the first verb in the following sentence, and highlighted the second one, which had the same problem as the first. The sentence does not make sense because you have mashed two (or three) together.

Choose is present tense. The rest of your sentence is in past tense.
