or

XP is a proper name. Do you mean XP-compatible software, or are you actually looking for the XP system itself?

It seems to me that you are trying to say this:

We would be pleased if you would send us your lowest quotation for the XP software.

Or, more simply:

Please send us your lowest quotation for the XP software.

It's best to start a new thread when your question is unrelated to what came before it.

Change your "whom" to "who" - it's the subject of the second clause in the sentence.
