Grammer check?

Can you please check my grammer?

Hi, I'm Derek, Talia's father that was diagnosed on the spectrum. Nowadays she is six years old. And whomever that saw my pervious video, where I've poured my heart out and told how much she improved, I would like to keep telling you, and of course I'm very excited, because just like I said back then I say today, every small improvement it's… a major improvement in our life's quality and for our child.

I will start speaking about the sleeping matter. Whomever that has this kind of child, knows that there are many sleepless nights and many nights where you're getting awake and… it has been lessened and subsided, this phenomenon. Her sleeping is way much better, constituent, and of course, it brought us better qualitative life.
