Grammer and vocabulary

As you may have noticed, we have an ongoing bug regarding email notifications and due that we are facing difficulty in responding to your requests.

I have already brought this to your attention several times in past few months,but still haven't found a solution for this.Since you have mentioned that it might be a problem from ourside,please note the we receive emails from all other customers we deal through email communication and receive their email without any delay.

Please check if there is any grammer mistake in above paragraphes and hightlight the mistakes. And also add appropriate vocubulary to it.
