Because of the word 'any' I would think "or" should be the right answer. It seems to imply you only want one. Otherwise * Has Tony got carrots and melons?

are both okay to me..

I'd accept "and" only in the case of a common package: "any baby peas and pearl onions."
If Tony is the cook, "any beans and franks?" "any liver and onions?"
