Grammer about 'ignore'

" I ignore the fact that there are a few brambles~ "

If I write down " I ignore that there are a few brables~", is there a probem here?

My teacher says that 'ignore' is only with 'the fact that~'.

seokhyun yun My teacher says that 'ignore' is only used with 'the fact that~'. That is pretty much true. It's used very much more than your other choice.

  • Although "ignore that" is also used, I would not use it in your particular sentence.
