Do you think the following sentences are correct?

We are fully aware of the current situation with the bin room; however, this is beyond our control.

We have been in communication with the council in the past weeks to get them to collect the bins, but unfortunately, we seem to be getting nowhere.

Tower Hamlets Council has informed us that their main contractor had an industrial strike, which they have only just come to an agreement.

Nevertheless, Tower Hamlet Council has promised us that all sites, including Dod Street bins will be collected this Wednesday.

Here's why I made those edits.

We are fully aware of the current situation with the bin room. However, this is beyond our control.

I find a semi-colon too fancy and fussy for a mundane notice about garbage. In addition, the conjunction 'however' provides enough linkage to what has been said previously. if you feel you must use a semi-colon, I'd write it as We are
