So I have this sentance which I know is wrong "How well your team understand their benefits" .... I want to correct it by saying "How well your team understands their benefits" but I do not think their is appropriate when talking about team, because team is singular. So It should be "How well your team understands its benefits." In common speech their makes more sense beacause team is made up of people. What should I do?
